Our product is a self-healing graphene coating. Formulated from organic and non-organic ingredients.
A mixture of graphene and polymers in which silicon dioxide and nitrogen atoms alternate to form a dense cross-linked layer with memory allowing it to self-heal.
The technology is called SiOx because it is a complex multilayer cross-linking technology.
Its advantages are the extreme adhesion on many surfaces and has a great autonomous hydrophobic effect.
It can be used on paint, glass, metal, plastics and even rims!
When exposed to heat, the invisible graphene layer is self-healing. Fine scratches and rubbing marks disappear!
First of all a deep cleaning and body decontamination are carried out, then an optimal drying of the whole exterior to remove any trace of water.
In a second phase a complete polishing in 3 passages of different grains is carried out to remove all visible defects: stains, micro scratches… and give a maximum shine to your bodywork.
Even on a new vehicle there are always defects to correct. We always take pictures before and after the operation. Then second decontamination of the bodywork.
Third phase: the application of ceramics to each element of the bodywork. Complete polishing and application if necessary of additional coats. Drying.
After the first six months, we operate a control and application of an activator on the entire bodywork.
After the treatment of the vehicle, we recommend cleaning with a specific body soap enriched with ceramic for a better resistance over time.
Ceramic protection protects your bodywork against external aggressions such as: micro scratches, bird droppings, tar, road film, harmful IV rays, acid rain…
The ceramic also repels regular fouling.
